🕒 Morning — our surveyor will attend between 8am and 12pm.

🕒 Afternoon — our surveyor will attend between 12pm and 5pm.

We need at least 72 hours' notice to book a surveyor in, so the earliest we can offer is Mon 05 Oct 2026. Sooner than that, please call the office on 01274 981 515.
Pick the half day that suits you. We can't hold a fixed time on the day you book, because the round is planned the day before — we'll confirm your time by text or phone the day before the visit.
Someone needs to be at the property to let the surveyor in, and we'll need access to every room — including the loft if there's a hatch.
A typical home takes 30 to 60 minutes. Larger or commercial properties take longer.
